Benefits Built for Clinical Leadership

Healthcare Organizations:

Strategic Partnerships for Operational Excellence

The partnership begins with a consultation led by the leadership team, who will outline available opportunities and address any questions regarding participation, expectations, and impact. Participation is tailored to your organization’s goals, whether focused on benchmarking, quality improvement, research collaboration, or a combination of these. Data integration is secure and HIPAA-compliant, designed to fit seamlessly within your existing systems and workflows, with flexible submission options that support various EHR platforms and formats. Beyond data access, the partnership fosters ongoing collaboration through quarterly meetings with registry leaders and peers to review performance, exchange best practices, and identify areas for improvement. Continuous support is provided for technical, clinical, and strategic needs throughout the partnership.

For Healthcare Organizations

  1. Partnership Consultation: Our leadership team will guide you through the opportunities available and answer any questions about participation, expectations, and impact.
  2. Tailored Participation Assessment: Whether your focus is benchmarking, quality improvement, research collaboration, or all of the above, we’ll tailor the partnership to meet your needs.
  3. Secure Data Integration: Our team works closely with yours to ensure secure, HIPAA-compliant data integration that fits within your current systems and workflows. We offer flexible options for data submission and can accommodate a variety of electronic health record (EHR) platforms and formats.
  4. Ongoing Partnership Support: Participation includes more than just data access—it’s a collaborative relationship. Organizations benefit from quarterly meetings with registry leaders and peers to review performance, share best practices, and identify improvement opportunities. You’ll also receive continuous support for technical, clinical, and strategic questions.

For Researchers

  1. Research Proposal Submission: Start by completing our streamlined online research proposal form. Tell us about your research question, methodology, and data needs. We welcome proposals from the TeleSpecialists Collective members.
  2. Expert Review Process: Each proposal is reviewed by a multidisciplinary panel of clinical and research experts. The review focuses on scientific merit, feasibility, ethical considerations, and alignment with the registry’s goals. Selected proposals will go through our IRB submission process.  We aim to ensure high-quality, impactful research that benefits the broader stroke community.
  3. Secure Data Access: Once IRB is approved, the study will be performed with secure access in a HIPAA approved portal. Our datasets include clinical outcomes, treatment timelines, patient demographics, care pathways, and system-level metrics across diverse hospital settings.
  4. Collaborative Publication Support: We offer collaboration opportunities with registry leadership and statisticians to support study design, interpretation, and publication. Researchers may co-author papers, present at conferences, and contribute to multi-center studies that shape stroke care standards.
